Arista runs 10 Siemens Siplace surface mount placement machines arranged in two lines, giving resilience, flexibility and maintenance without disruption to production.
Together the lines place up to 160,000 components per hour, so volume production is never an issue. They handle component types including 0402, QFP, QFN, micro BGA and fine-pitch parts.

Surface mount placement
Siemens Siplace machines place everything from 0402 passives to micro BGA and fine-pitch ICs at speed.
Wave & through-hole
A Seho wave solder machine with pre-heating and automatic fluxing gives repeatable, high-quality joints on single-sided and mixed boards.
Automatic optical inspection
AOI checks component placement and solder joints together without slowing production.
Box build & test
Electro-mechanical assembly, full system build, test and shipping direct to your end customer.

Our VI AOI system inspects all SMT placement, checking component body position and solder joints at the same time.
